yesterday i was watchin a tv show online and i had never seen the type of video player i used before. i clicked on it to play and a a little box appeared by the sart button that said updating and then it disappeared. now when i start up i it either freezes or i cant open any propgrams. i tried safe mode and it didnt let me open my avg anti virus there either. PLEASE HELp.
i dont know what to do. someone told me to load windows recovery console but i wanted to chek here first
