Hey guys,

First, thanks for being here. There's an awful lot of people giving bad advice on the net -- it's really nice to see people giving good stuff!

Anyway, I keep getting the Dr Watson error. It's usually when I'm trying to open an avi or mpeg. Sometimes the error comes up and sometimes it doesn't. Files I try to open one day, trigger the Dr Watson error the next day.

This is a relatively new install of Win XP w/SP2 (less than a month old). I use Firefox as my browser and I rarely have problems with malware/spyware/etc. I have no idea how to fix this.

I went through the steps provided in the 'Start here' post and here is my HJT log:

[Edited to add: Btw, none of the spyware programs caught anything, except 4 tracking cookies and a few MRUs]

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
