Hi,

I was wondering if there was anyone out there that would be able to give me a technique on how to set up print sharing between my roommate's laptop and mine. She has a Dell running Windows XP and I have an HP running Windows Vista. The printer is connected to her computer. We're in a college dorm room connected to a wireless internet connection that is offered by the university. Thus far, when I have wanted to print something, I have unplugged my computer, migrated it over to her printer and then plugged it into mine. But I feel like there should be some way to set up a network between our laptops. I set up a network at my home between my desktop and laptop before but that was when I had a router of my own to use. Is there any way that print sharing is possible for us, or am I just wishfully thinking?
