WL Mail Slow (1st time) - Reinstall?

Have had WL Mail (and Win 7 - got at same time) for 3 weeks and today (for 1st time) it's slow (reading email from server ... and also sending emails). Rest of PC seems to be operating normally.

Should I reinstall? Hope not because have lots of saved emails (and reasonably large contact list).

Am going to wait until tomorrow to see if acts differently before calling ISP to see if they have a slowdown. (ISP is Time Warner/Roadrunner.)
