Have already left a post about my troublesome computer, but sorry can't add link, as cut and paste is one of my problems.

After completing as many of the antimalware advice as possible from this site, computer only starts up in safe mode.

Unable to reboot from recovery disc. have tried over the phone to do so with guy from pc world who tried alot of options.

Computer is now unable :

cut and paste....drag and drop....internet explorer....system restore....antivirus....printer.....scanner.....sound....and now reboot.

I am really stuck and hopeful of some breakthrough.
It still has firefox!
