My Bluetooth headset will conect but wont work

Hi,
I'm using the h700 and I have a Bluetooth USB Adapter (es-388). I plug it in and the drivers work fine and the device conects to the computer, but if i try to use it I'm informed that I need to inster the CD, that never came with the usb, and install peripheral drivers. =(
