Okay so my sister apparently has gotten the Worm.Win32.Netsky infecting her computer (vista). Normally I've been able to fix any viruses she gets, however, this one keeps making her computer blue screen before I have enough time to do anything. I've tried safe mode, all three, and have tried some of the 'removal techniques' found on other websites regarding this virus, but I can't seem to get anything to open. Even while in safe mode, task manager is disabled, and I cannot access control panel. I've gotten it to open command prompt once, but then it blue screened again shortly after. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
