Hi Everyone,

My 11 year old downloaded a game from a website while i was sleeping and amongst this download it reset my computer back to factiory. Erased everything and now I cant install any new items on my computer for instance. My printer is says it lost the driver and I just dont know what else to do. Yes i have contacted my printer co. and downloaded everydrive, lol and it still doesnt work. Please help.
