The topic says it all, I'm looking to get a USB Wireless Adapter for my desktop (it's the second desktop in the house, and far from the modem) and I am not sure what to look for with specs etc. I don't want to spend money on something that won't work as intended.

I definitely need something that can run the internet quickly with my router too.
