I upgraded to IE8. I decided to upgrade Adobe so I uninstalled my old & tried to d/l adobe 9.0.

I keep getting a message " IExplore.exe-application error". The instruction at "0x07580068" referenced memory at "0x07580068". the memory could not be written. click ok to terminate the program or click cancel to debug the program. I don't understand what that is telling me.

It will not accept any command to debug the program. I've also tried to re-d/l adobe acrobat 6.0.1 which I had before I changed to IE8 & I get the same error message.

What am I doing wrong? What can I do to get adobe d/l? Thanks.

Try Foxit instead of Adobe Acrobat reader.
Free download and reads everything Adobe reads.

Thanks very much for your help. I will try Foxit. I can't help wondering why adobe 9.2 won't d/l. Now I can't d/l 6.0 that I had before. I'm just curious.
