I can't Uninstall Oblivion

So, I got Oblivion because it's a great game. I also downloaded some fun MODs for it and that was all great, too.
For whatever reason, I needed to Uninstall Oblivion and then Reinstall it. I tried to go through "Add or Remove Programs" but when I clicked "remove", nothing happened. When I went to uninstall it from the start menu under "Programs" I recieved a message that my computer could no longer locate "setup.exe". So me, panicking about it and being stupid, decided to simply delete all the files and folders for Oblivion from my Program Files hoping that would somehow cure my ailment. Clearly, it did not.
I'm fairly certain that somehow, through my modding, I removed the setup.exe accidentally. I have no need to know what my problem came from, just how to remove Oblivion from my computer.
What can I do??
