Hi, I am having trouble to auto archive , i have set outlook up to do so but it keeps saying it is unable to, i'm not to sure what the problem is ?? any suggestions - also is there a way to copy the remembered emails that you type into the - "to" address bar, as i am thinking if all else fails to export all the emails and address book out and reinstall outlook, but i have so many email address that i send to that if i was to reinstall outlook it wouldn't display the names in the "to" address bar and i would have to re reenter them again which would take months :@(,

Please could someone help me with this

thanks

I'm not sure why you can't autoarchive, but regarding the addresses:

The auto complete in the address bar is the nickname list maintained by the local copy of Outlook. You'll want to copy the <mail_profile_name>.nk2 file (outlook.nk2 by default) from %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder. This is handy when setting up a second computer for someone or moving them without copying their full system profile.
