Computer will not boot up

My other computer has the same XP OS. I would be using the second computer to create the new bootable CD's for the first one.
Thanks for any help you can provide

Hello MrRene.... Welcome to GeeksToGo, :) :) :)

This will not work unless the systems are the exact same system. If one is a Compaq and the other is a Dell the drivers will not work.
You have provided no specs on the system with the issue. Is this a laptop or desktop?
Make and Model?
Is the system having any issue and why are the bootable disks needed?
Did the system come preinstalled with XP ?
