spyware removal,anti virus wont start

hi im new here and today i noticed that my norton anti virus wont start up or be enabled when i turn on the computer and i also can not run ad ware se it wont open,and aol auto fix cant fix the issues either..please help not that computer savy

i ran norton in safe mode did not find nothing returned to regular mode and still can not run norton,also my automatic updates feature is now gone,and i cant open adware se i tried to dl spybot from this site it dled but it wont open now. i think i may have a big problem any help is appreciated.

can you open your task manager?


i had something like that
couldnt open and progs or my task manager

work your way through the malware removal guide at the top of this forum where it says "Do you suspect a malware (Spyware, Virus, Trojan) infection? Please start here. " If you still have trouble after that, post a hijack this log in the malware forum at
