Itunes cannot connect to store!

blah! yesterday I ran a scan with superantispyware and it found something that was potentially dangerous, so it was quarantined and after I restarted my computer everything was fine. But after I tried to connect to the itunes store and it failed. also my active desktop is not working and possibly related I cannot upload pictures to photobucket. I read on other posts that this could be realted to something being deleted during security sweeps but it only related the problms to norton virus software, which I dont have. here is the itunes network diagnostics
