Hi there. Somehow, I've managed to get the NTOSKRNL-HOOK virus on my laptop. My McAfee is fully updated and whenever I do a scan, it finds the virus and "cleans" it, yet it makes no difference to my computer. My internet is constantly taking me to websites I don't want to be at, flooding me with spam and popups and is running slower overall. Please help me remove this virus! I'm desperate!

I've tried your Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide and but only got to Step 1 because the virus is preventing me from opening MBAM. Yes, I tried renaming mbam-setup.exe to a random name, but it still didn't work.
