....Ok well, after finally getting some cash, I called them. Turns out they only accept credit and debit card, neither of which I have. :)

Wait i don't understand... did you go on their site and put in your service tag number? That would give you all the information.

I don't know what version of windows you need as you never gave me the model of your Dell. The little sticker on it (not the service tag sticker) should have the version of XP that was originally installed and you reg key on it. SInce you can't get the recovery cd from Dell then you would have to purchase a new copy of XP.
