I did a fresh install of Windows XP on my HP mini 1000 netbook and after copying flies during set-up, the laptop rebooted and came up with the error message: "Windows could nod start because the following file is missing or corrupt: Windows root>\system32\hal.dll. Please re-install a copy of the above file". Please help me solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
