I thought it was an issue witht he normal.dot file as some postings indicated. I searched and tried to replace this file to no avail. I then went to the documents and settings file and the system will not let me in. I have changed the permissions on the file and this is denied as well. I removed MS Office 2003 and a trail version of 2007 from my computer. I reloaded MS office 2003 and the problem was not fixed. I have some kind of malware going on I think. I have run scans with McAfee, Windows Defender, and Malware bytes...

Can any one help me?
