100 % CPU Usage

I am suffering 100% CPU usage mostly when surfing using IE8 but also when generaly using my VAIO.

My fully updated AV and firewall software is provided by Kaspersky with nothing detected. I have followed and completed the Malware cleaning guide and MBAM detected 14 infections. All now successfuly removed and the effect was incredibly good. Like a new laptop however since surfing the following day, I am back to square one. I have now created and attached the required logs (there were no hidden services detected) and attached them with this post in the hope someone can help me.
