I have tried downloading mbam as the malware guide suggested and it is not working. I tried renaming it and using a flash drive to install it using a clean computer and both have not worked. I have the antivirus 2009 on my computer and it is not allowing me to get onto the internet or run any other programs.

Have you tried Safe Mode? Reboot and when you see the pc maker's logo or it tells you to press F8, start tapping the F8 key slowly. Keep tapping until it gets to the Safe Mode Menu. Select the top option (Safe Mode). Log in with your usual login and see if MBAM will run now.
