Netgear Wireless router WRG614v7-some sites not working

After 2 weeks of scanning and reviewing logs, it's confirmed my PC is clean. Finally realized it's my wireless router Netgear WRG614v7. When I connect wired everything works fine. When I connect to the wireless router it's slow, cannot connect to certain sites, or when I do connect it doesn't display properly. Need help determining if the router has gone bad or if somehow settings got changed that I need to update/change back.
Have already tried adjusting MTU, did not help. I've checked the router settings and I don't have any pages blocked, etc. Please help
