Hi,

I recently had to restore my HD because it was trashed. Before I did so I backedup everything to my 500gb external HD. When I did the initial set-up I used the preloaded Memeo software it came with. I now know this was a HUGE mistake :), apparently there is a known issue with their one click restore function. Long and short it doesnt work!

I have been online with their customer care, who tried to be helpful but were about as useful as a chocolate teapot. :) After spending nearly an hour watching them remotely attempt all the 'fixes' I had already tried, and finally admitting defeat. Their best advice was for me to manually restore the files on an 'as needed' basis. Obviously that solution is BS and impractical.

Does anyone here have any insight into how I can restore my files to their original locations? This is driving me nuts because all I want to do is be able to click something a couple of times and watch all the files wander back to their original homes... :)
