Motherboard/CPU upgrade - Suggestions

The other day I upgraded my CPU and video card. Looking at my motherboard I kind of realized I am limited to how fast I can get my PC due to my current motherboard. I am on tigerdirect.com ( need to order from them ) at their motherboard and CPU combos. What would you guys recommend for a motherboard/cpu combo? I want to keep the price under #200.00 please. THe main use for this PC is flight sim and every day internet surfing.
