HDD - 320 GB HD WESTERN DIGITAL

OS - VISTA HOME 32 BIT

I have a Asus P5kc motherboard and im looking at this card:

Asus Nvidia Geforce 9800 GX2 1 GB 1024MB 9800GX2 PCI-E

Just wondering if it is compatible with my motherboard
