I think this has something to do with a program I deleted that uses Microsoft.net Framework.

I've tried restoring to an earlier time with no effect. I can open and use Outlook and other MS Office aps, but core Windows functoins give me the error message.

Here is my Hijack Log

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance
