Ok I have an Aspire One Netbook with Windows XP SP3

What happens is it continually freezes for no reason and occasionally I get the Blue Screen of Death. I've read through the pinned topics regarding these blue screens and was wondering if someone could help me.

I don't know whether the freezing or crashing is totally different problem to these blue screens but I would like to know before I ask for the wrong help.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

The only webcam I have is an inbuilt one which isn't working at all.

It looks like that camera driver is giving you BSODs.
Try to reinstall its driver.

I did visit the acer website but I got confused as they have A0A150 and A0D150

I wasn't sure which one to go to.

When I try to use my webcam it comes up showing an upside down LG logo so I am assuming its an LG webcam but under both there is nothing for LG which also confuses me.

I also get this IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Blue Screen of Death. I read the guide in this section of the forum about it but I'm really not sure what to do apart from what you have suggested.

I read somewhere that it might be my BIOS but as I am in unfamiliar territory I'm not sure.

There was a glitch with all models of my laptop where the BIOS wouldn't update properly or something and the laptop would turn on but the screen would stay blank.

I had to contact ACER to get them to send me out a fix for it and I'm thinking that maybe these crashes may have something to do with that.

I appologise for my ignorance in this matter. I don't know much about the inner workings of a computer.
