I have no idea why this is happening. I ran AdAware, Norton System Works, SpyBot, CWShredder, Microsoft AntiSpyware, and Hijack this and none of them- I mean NONE of them turned up and spyware or viruses or trojans. I even went online to get scans from lots of places and they all said I was clean.

But even though, I was running itunes once, and decided to check my email... and the whole thing crashed once Mozilla Firefox opened. Another time, itunes had been running for twenty minutes, and it all shut down. Then, I was running norton and tried to sign on the net- it crashed. This has happened eight times in the last week. The only variable that remains the same is my computer- each time the [bleep] thing crashed (and I saw the big blue screen with white writing) I was running some kind of program- but they differed every time. Then it restarts, and I get this message:

"The system has recovered from a serious error."

yadda yadda, a log has been created, please tell us....

P.S. I managed to capture the blue screen at the end, here's what it said:
