Mucrosoft updates

Hi

I have just downloaded the the latest Microsoft updates, however none of them installed apparently they all downloaded OK.

OS: XP SP3
Anti Vir
Online Armor
Threat Fire

Are all installed and running. I am at a loss as to how to download and install, as the Update centre shows 0kb to be downloaded. Prevoius updates until 24/00/09 downloaded and installed OK. But these latest ones have'nt.

Any thoughts pleas as to how to "reget" theses updates and install.
