antivirus system pro infection with rootkit issues

I have tried combofix from safe mode. Comboxfix detects rootkit activity and tries to reboot.
when it reboots it skips the safe mode option starts to boot normally until I get the blue screen of death.
I am able to then reboot back into safe mode but it is like the scan never occured and I have to start over.
GMER says the the fasttx2k.sys files has suspicious activity. I believe that is my raid driver. From another post on this site it caused similiar problems. But now it is beyond my capability to fix this.
