I have a toshiba satellite laptop running vista 32 bit. I am using the ulead dvd movie factory program that came with the laptop. everything was working fine last night- i burned a dvd just fine, but today when i turned on my laptop it won't recognize anything i put into the dvd drive-no cd's, dvd's nothing. i haven't downloaded any new programs or anything, it just wouldn't work. i have tried to system restore and i get nothing, i have tried to update and get nothing. when i restored my computer it said something about pcouffin.sys error and it was not able to download the device driver. I checked the device manager and my dvd drive is up to date and working. please help. here is my hijack log
