this seems to be a motherboard driver so it should be on the disk that came with your motherboard. if you don't have it can you supply a model number for your motherboard?
I see you are still working on a active infection so we can't help much but to point you in the right direction.

I reviewed your open malware topic. I was not aware that Essexboy sent you here.

The file is usually part of a driver install for the main board. If you cant get the motherboard name, then lets try an Everest report.

Download and install Free Everest Home Edition
Open it.
1: In left pane expand Computer folder.
2: Click once on Summary
3: In upper menu, go Report
4: And then to Quick Report-Summary
5: Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.
Click the + by computer, click on Sensor. Get a screenshot and post it so I can check your temps and voltages...
