After the recovery was complete there's still a couple games that wasnt removed and the user accounts and computer name was the same. Shouldn't that have all been set back to factory?
Also one of the games that was still there won't load up, if you put the disc it shows it as a music disc. They can put the game in another and it will work fine. The cd roms work fine( cause they burn with them) and other games that they have will work fine.
