cmd.exe not working

Ok, I needed my ip info so i opened cmd.exe. When I did, i put in ipconfig /all and it said its not recongnized as a command. So i put in Path, and its going to...H:/Program Files\QuickTime\QTSystem\ is that bad or good? Help please!
