Are you talking ram/ memory or hard drive space?
Are you getting any types of errors or having any specific problems?

In the case of so-called RAM Optimiser programs, avoid with a very large barge pole and then some more. Far from optimising anything, they tend to have the opposite effect and slow everything else down.
