Hi, I have a home built pc which is around 3 years old now.

Gigabyte 965P DS3 Rev 3.3 motherboard
Intel core 2 duo E6750 CPU
nVidia 8800GTS 320mb GPU
OCZ stealth X stream 600w PSU
2GB RAM

This summer, my computer crashed, and being desperate, I re-installed XP.
Then it was fine for around...5 months. About a month ago, mostly while playing games, it froze and emitted a wierd beep and distorted noises from the speakers.

I turned up the GPU fan to 100% all the time, and it fixed that problem.
When it doesn't start, if I leave the power cord completely unplugged for around 10 min or longer, it starts up again fine.

What is wrong?

(Oh and sometimes it doesn't start. I mean the fans are all running, but the screen is just blank.)

I'd start with replacing PSU.

Here is a link of a game freezing.

My computer does exactly the same thing, same noise, etc.

What is causing this?
