Hi, almost too embarrassed to ask these questions:

1. When I look at "preview page set up" before printing, the top of the e-mail I want to print is centered however, the message is all the way over to the right and I cannot read all of it.

2. New HP printer - want to print one page and the page comes spread out over four pieces of paper. I e-mailed Hewlet Packard but the response was so involved I couldn't begin to follow it. 18 individual steps. Printer is a HP Office jet HPJ4680. Had a Dell printer beforehand.

Thank you.
PS-I only use computer to send e-mail and look up vaious topics.
