Computer freeze and then won't switch on. Please help

Hey guys, I fear I have massive problem here. About 30 mins ago my of just froze n then when I restarted it, the pc seems to hang with all the fans on. The screen isn't turning on and my hard drive light is not flickering. Just got an iPhone thankfully so at least I cancer on here
