What are some good online social games?

I LOVE to play the Sims but I got kinda burned out on the Sims games. I was wondering what are some good free online multiplayer social games that is like the Sims? I already know about YoVille & Second Life. And I don't want something too complicated because I rarely ever play games & Im not very good really.
So does anyone have any suggestions?

Second Life is probably the best. (I've only used the teen grid, though.) Freerealms is pretty good, but contrary to the name, most of the things aren't free.

i would say runescape or runescape private servers for a midle class gamer
