I've problem with computer mouse it doesn't move or whatsoever,yesterday it was working just fine but today nothing,I've tried another mouse but same problem,can anyone help thank you.

first off, is this a PS2 mouse or USB?
second, have you rebooted yet? especially if its a ps2 mouse, if it got disconnected somehow, then you lose mouse functionality until rebooted.

Hi,this is ps2 mouse,yes I've rebooted it but still doesn't work.

go to device manager. go down to mice and pointing devices, see if there are any yellow exclamations or red X's. see if it says the device is enabled and working properly. run the troubleshooter if you need to.
