Background Image Not Showing

Hello, after running OTC and rebooting my background image disappeared and I cannot seem to get it back. Here is me previous topic.

No, it is not, I removed the previous one. Also, thumbnails for pictures, folders, etc, are also not showing up.

EDIT: I fixed the background problem with a system restore. Thumbnails still not showing up though.
