PC slow loading pages

Not too long ago I had some great help from two GTG members.
My pc was slow loading pages and CPU was almost constantly running at 100%.
The guys helped me by changing my maximum paging file size to 1520mb.

This helped for a short while but now the problem is back twice as bad.
I can't work on more than one tab at a time and normally have to wait minutes for a new page or site to load.
PF usage runs around or above 540MB and CPU is normally 100%.

I have run spybot and avast virus checks, along with deleting my temp files.
I have tried using different browsers but they all run the same. I am currently using Firefox 3.6 Beta 4. I have 19.4GB free space.

Attached are the results from the suggested tests to run.

I'm not sure the Root Repeal worked 100% as I received an error message 08:48:17: Error - invalid PE image found! and was not given the option on step 7 to select all drives and complete another scan.

Also after completing the OTL scan I only had the option of saving the OTL.txt log. An Extras.txt log did not appear.

If anyone has an idea that might help it would be appreciated.
