Hi,

I have a new Dell Vostro 220 with Windows Vista and a Belkin removable disc drive for my camera disc. The system is recognising the drive, but keeps asking to insert a disc when it is already inserted. I have tried unistalling the drive and rebooting a number of times, the computer reinstalls again but still does not recognise the disc, only the drive. I have tested the Belkin on another computer and it works OK.

Finally none of my restore points work.

Any help gratefully received.

cheers,
Ian Aitken
