So last night my computer began refusing to load certain webpages, notable google. I ran a Symantec Virus Scan and came up with nothing. When I restarted the computer, the internet began to work again (obviously) but I got an error message "Cannot open file y.exy" After a little research, I found that this is a TROJAN! Seeing as Symantec has yet failed to identify and quarantine the file, can someone help me?

Plus, after reading some other posts I realized that many other people posted logs or something -- I really have no idea what that is. Less computer literate people can use this site too right?
