All,
I'm not a hitech guy and have minimal knowledge with comps. I have a sony vaio VGN-N365E laptop. I have two isses, not sure if they are related.
Issue 1: Whenever I start my computer i get this pop up which says
RunDLL
Error loading c:/users/suji/protect.dll
The Specific modle could not be found

Issue 2: My DVD drive use to play and burn perfect until recently. Now it auto plays DVDs, software cds and music cds. However, it is not able to open picture cds (these cds were burned in this computer), it shows as a blank cd.

Help me to resolve the issues.
