No Sounds on XP User when I switch accounts

The sounds are great on my user account on my system but when I switch users on the same computer I can not get any sounds to play (Music etc...). I have checked everything. Makes no sense to me. :)

So don't switch accounts then :)

Does this apply regardless of which account you go into first and then switch to, or is it only with certain accounts?
