Windows 7 Hanging at Shut Down

When shutting down Windows 7 hangs at logging off...

I thought it could be a process but i dont know which one
These are the proccesses running when I first boot my pc..

dwm.exe
explorer.exe
firefox.exe
hkcmd.exe
igfxpers.exe
igfxsrvc.exe
igfxtray.exe
msnmsgr.exe
MSOSYNC.exe
msseces.exe
ObjectDock.exe
sstray.exe

UTorrent.exe
winlogon.exe
WLTRAY.exe

any idea which ones may be causing it to hang?
