Adware/Malware using net.net file

Hi, I'm new to the forums, registered for this problem

I was using my computer when a prompt came up looking for net.net file in system32 and some other prompts for random .exe files
However, I did not find many similar problems on google, appearing to me that this is a newer adware/malware
I am also pretty sure i have the same problem as the user in this topic: http://www.geekstogo...le-t248561.html
Can anybody tell me any fixes/removal for this malware - and should I leave my computer on for now?

EDIT- ran spybot S&D which found some files I deleted, but I don't know if these are related or not
