I use bittornado anyone know what the fastest torrent client is ? also are there any programs that will allow the torrent to download/ upload faster ?

yeah man, here's my advice--quit using BitTornado and search for 'blogtorrent', it's way better... you just have to find a good site that has active torrent files alot of people are sharing--that's what gives you fast/slow downloads, the number of people sharing it and how much of it these people have... my personal fave site for good torrents is torrentspy...
