Opachki Trojan

I recently ran Spybot and came up with two entries for opachki.ru as trojans. I "fixed" the problem, ran it again and it was still there. Did this a few more times to similar results. Now as I'm attempting to downlad other Malware softwares and update my spybot, I am finding I do not have access to run the .exe files, which doesn't make sense b/c I am the administrator. I found in a CA forum thread, a link to this site which said you may be able to help remove this infection. I am pretty much a novice when it comes to computers, but could certainly be talked through a manual removal, if that's what this needs.
